I provide individual therapy with a focus on trauma, grief, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, caregiving, life transitions, and related concerns. Treatment is individualized based on your goals, history, preferences, and current level of support.
Trauma & PTSD
Traumatic experiences can affect sleep, relationships, concentration, mood, trust, and your sense of safety. Therapy may focus on stabilization, understanding triggers, reducing avoidance, strengthening coping, and processing trauma at a tolerable pace.
Addiction & Recovery
Support can include cravings, triggers, relapse patterns, shame, rebuilding routines, relationships, motivation, and developing a life that supports recovery.
Anxiety & Panic
Work may include understanding the anxiety cycle, reducing avoidance, challenging unhelpful thinking, increasing tolerance of uncertainty, grounding, and behavioral change.
Grief & Loss
Grief can involve sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, identity changes, and changes in relationships or daily life. Therapy creates space to process the loss while adapting to what comes next.
Depression & Low Motivation
Therapy may address withdrawal, negative thinking, hopelessness, reduced activity, sleep disruption, self-criticism, and reconnecting with meaningful routines.
Chronic Illness, Caregiving & Life Transitions
Major changes can strain identity, roles, relationships, energy, and coping. Therapy can help clarify priorities, strengthen boundaries, and build sustainable supports.
