Trauma-Informed Therapy for Healing, Growth, and Lasting Change

I provide online individual therapy throughout Pennsylvania through Headway, including Lancaster County and other communities across the state, Berks County, and communities across the state. Telehealth can offer a practical way to access therapy from home or another private location without adding travel time to an already full schedule.

Online individual therapy throughout Pennsylvania

Concerns we can work on in therapy

  • Trauma and PTSD symptoms
  • Grief, bereavement, and difficult life transitions
  • Anxiety, panic, chronic worry, and stress
  • Depression, low motivation, and negative self-talk
  • Addiction, recovery, cravings, relapse prevention, and shame
  • Chronic illness, caregiver stress, work stress, and changing roles
  • Military, veteran, police, fire, EMS, corrections, dispatch, and other high-stress helping professions

What online therapy can look like

Online therapy can include the same kinds of collaborative work used in office-based sessions: identifying patterns, understanding triggers, developing coping strategies, improving communication, practicing emotion-regulation skills, and clarifying values and goals. My approach is trauma-informed and individualized, drawing from CBT, trauma-focused CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, solution-focused strategies, and systemic or parts-informed concepts when clinically appropriate.

Scheduling virtual therapy

Headway provides information about virtual appointment availability and insurance participation. If online therapy sounds like the right fit, you can start there or review the Schedule Therapy page for both virtual and in-person options.

Online therapy described here is individual therapy. This page does not establish a therapist-client relationship and is not a substitute for emergency care.
